Do you offer local pick up?
We do offer local pickup in Winnipeg - please select this option when checking out and look out for an email with details on your pickup date and location. Check your spam!
Where do you offer shipping to?
Shipping is available all across Canada - shipping & handling fees may be subject to change based on shipping location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on a $15 flat rate. If you order is an above average size or cost, you will be contacted as we will need to re-evaluate your shipping cost and invoice you appropriately.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer exchanges or refunds so please double check your order before placing it! If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I receive my digital products?
Digital products will be emailed to you (check your spam!). You will automatically receive the download link for the ordered product as soon as the order payment is completed. NOTE: This link will be available for 72 hours only.
What if I don't click the link for the digital download within the 72 hours?
Please note that digital downloads are only available for 72 hours so please try to download your product within that time. If the 72 hour window has passed, please send us an email at email@example.com
