• Providing trip leaders, coordinators, co-leaders, workshop facilitators or first responders with information about participants including their emergency contacts, voluntary medical information, and waiver information for our events
• Coordinating with event participants wishing participate in carpools
• For ensuring safety at our events - both individual safety, and overall group safety
