Join Backcountry Women for an informal yet structured and unique learning opportunity. These gatherings are different from workshops even though set topics are discussed. These chats are a round-table discussion and an opportunity to share and learn from others.

Topic: Canada's National Parks. Join us for an informative chat about Canada's National Parks.  Manitoba is amazing, but there are endless opportunities for new and experienced outdoor women across the country.  Whether you've already ticked a few off your list, or have yet to get to a national park, this chat will be fun and we hope you'll get to start experiencing.

Location: Due to the current COVID restrictions on group sizes we will be doing a virtual Fireside Chat on Google Meet.  Details will be provided to registered attendees.  You do not require a Google account to use Meet, but it is more helpful 

Time: We will begin promptly at 7 PM. Please login at 6:45 PM go check your audio and video.  

Further details will be provided to registered participants. Participants are responsible for having a valid e-mail address, communicating with the event organizer regarding any changes in attendance, and for checking e-mails prior to an event.

In light of the global pandemic, we are cautiously proceeding, allowing only a small number of participants at each event. We will need your cooperation in only signing up for events you can truly commit to attending. If you miss out on registering please get yourself registered on the waitlist.
