Ready to embrace the great outdoors and unleash your inner wild? Join us for our Backcountry Women Day Camp Retreat, where fun and adventure awaits around every corner. Whether you're a seasoned explorer or just starting your outdoor journey, this event offers something for everyone.

Choose Your Adventure:

  • Individual session slots available (2.5 - 3 hours per session), or choose our Full Day option for maximum savings and fun!
  • Crafting and Coffee (or Tea): Indulge in a relaxing morning of creativity and warmth.
  • Bushcrafting and Fire Skills: Learn essential survival techniques with knots / tarps and master the art of fire-making.
  • Guided Hike and Scavenger Hunt: Embark on a fun outdoor adventure with a little friendly competition, and discover nature in new ways. We'll have some fun prize giveaways during this session to make this challenge even more sweet!
  • Fireside Fun and Games: Have some good ol' fashion play time with a selection of yard games. Then, gather around a cozy campfire to unwind for the day and share companionship, and maybe even your upcoming adventure plans with fellow nature lovers.
  • Hot Chocolate and S'mores: Cozy up by the fire as we wind our day down, and enjoy delicious treats with good company.

No matter your experience level or interests, there's an activity to suit you. And don't worry about the weather – we'll have you covered with shelter, extra layers, and rain gear. We'll proceed rain or shine!

Location: Winnipeg area. An email will be sent to registered participants a few days prior to the event with further details and location.

MORNING SESSION:

  • 8:30 AM - Arrival Begins

  • 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Crafting, Coffee / Tea (provided)

  • 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Bushcrafting / Fire Skills. (NOTE: Content provided based on available time.)

AFTERNOON SESSION:
  • 1:15 PM - 3:15 PM: Guided Hike w/ Scavenger Hunt

  • 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM: Results and prize winners!

EVENING SESSION
  • 5:00 PM - 6:00: Hot Chocolate + S'mores by the fire

  • 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Fireside Fun and Games
