Escape to the stunning Lake of the Woods region for a fun and unique retreat weekend. Tonya Beveridge Women's Wellness and Backcountry Women are thrilled to team up and bring you a fantastic opportunity to connect with nature, build skills, and soak in the quiet beauty of the fall season along Lake of the Woods.

Arrive for the early evening of Friday, October 3 for a welcome activity, intention setting for the weekend, and a lakeside evening sauna to help you ease into a restful evening.

Saturday will begin with some gentle yoga. As our weekend unfolds, we'll have opportunities to dive into some skill building and outdoor education which may include: water filtering, leave no trace camping / hiking, knots 101 and shelter building, camp meal planning, safe fire building, mini survival kit creation, nature journaling with prompt activities / nature inspired crafting options, and more. (NOTE: these are flexible offerings based on group desires, conditions, and time available). Throughout the weekend you will have the chance to choose as much or as little activities as you'd like! Hammocks are available on the property for reading and relaxing, and we'll have access to a sand beach on the shores of the cabin. We will be providing paddling opportunities and basic skills through the weekend as well (based on + subject to appropriate conditions).

Sunday offers continued options from the previous day, including a morning paddle, after a relaxed morning.
