Get ready for a connection and fun filled "glamping" weekend in Riding Mountain National Park! This Otentik experience is a great way to comfortably spend a night in nature before camping season officially arrives. This overnight accommodation is furnished with padded sleeping platforms, a table with seating, and a wood stove + electric heater. There are potable water taps, heated washrooms with showers, and a Cooking/Kitchen Shelter nearby.
Participants will need to bring appropriate gear (similar to camping gear) including warm bedding, flashlights, cooking equipment, layered clothing, appropriate gear for activities, and other items. A suggested gear and packing list will be provided upon registering so that you can adequately prepare for this weekend. (Please check the details in your registration confirmation email!)
NOTE: No food or drink will be permitted inside the Otentiks at any time. We will be required to cook in the kitchen shelter nearby. Plan for meals that can withstand freezing temperatures; food is to be stored in vehicles. (*We will review this information together during our pre-trip meeting).
